A management interface
Managers benefit from a web interface accessible online,
that we call “the manager”, for updating the repository, monitoring the courses, adding documents and generating certificates.
A repository part allows you to insert your data: learners, trainers, places, campus, companies, etc. In 3 different ways: via a connector between your ERP and SoWeSign, through an excel file or manually.
The generation of attestations
Attendance sheets can be generated by the manager at the end of each period. They are available per learner, trainer, session or course.
The signatures appearing on the attendance sheet are time-stamped, authentic and unaltered. All signatures and information included in the attendance list or in the attendance sheet are checked by SoWeSign during the PDF creation process. The original attendance sheet generated as a PDF is signed and secured. A QR Code provides access to the detailed audit trail containing all the information related to the sign-off.
Certificates are signed using the RGS* SoWeSign server stamp.
